Memorias apiladas

Assemblage of clay pieces and beeswax × 4

A composition of replicas of archaeological ceramics made by artisans from La Pila. Through the fragmentation and rearrangement of these pieces, the work offers a reflection on how cultural objects transform over time. The ceramic fragments are repurposed, revealing how rupture can become a form of continuity and a means of reconstructing memory.

Exhibición, Murmullos de Arcilla, Museo de Bahia, Ecuador 2026.
